Deepmala holds Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and Care and a Diploma in Montessori Teaching. Deepmala is responsible for overseeing and managing the strategic directions for Tanshu Australia and Learning Kids Pty Ltd. She plays a crucial role in decision-making, setting goals, and ensuring the overall success and growth of the companies.

David has significant manufacturing, procurement, distribution, and business development achievements and is known for being a skilled agent of change and transformation ensuring business growth, profitable performance, and improved shareholder value. He is a Business Leader with a desire to evolve the very best outcome for the client, employee, supplier, and stakeholder.

With deep industry knowledge, along with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and hands-on experience, he serves as both a technical expert and a mentor within the team.

Venkatesh R is a Senior Management professional with over 3+ decades of experience in Finance, Strategy and Management disciplines. He has robust experience in heading large industrial houses involved in manufacturing of capital goods, project management, and trading business. Known for his strong leadership skills, Mr. Venkatesh has held leadership responsibilities in major industrial conglomerates across Asia and the MENA region. With his strong leadership and team management skills, he spearheaded large-scale renewable energy business and established the company as an industry leader in India and Sri Lanka within a short span of 10 years.

Ms. Shantha Martin brings over 15 years of global logistics experience. She served as the Regional CEO at ECU Worldwide/Allcargo Logistics, leading operations across the ISC, Middle East, Africa, and East Mediterranean regions. With an MBA from TAPMI, Manipal, her leadership and industry expertise have been instrumental in driving growth. She later took on the role of CEO at Pentagon International Freight Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where she led the company’s global expansion and strategic development.

Prashant plays a pivotal role in leading complex engineering projects, driving innovation, and delivering technical excellence across all phases of development and execution. With hands-on experience in graphic design, I create designs for branding, presentations, social media, and other digital content. I take care of logos, layouts, posters, brochures, and all the visual materials needed for the company. I enjoy learning new techniques, finding creative ideas, and helping maintain a consistent and professional look for Tanshu.
