Deepmala holds Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and Care and a Diploma in Montessori Teaching. Deepmala is responsible for overseeing and managing the strategic directions for Tanshu Australia and Learning Kids Pty Ltd. She plays a crucial role in decision-making, setting goals, and ensuring the overall success and growth of the companies.

Shubham Kaushik is a dynamic professional dedicated to ensuring the smooth operations of the organisation. With a focus on clear communication and strategic collaboration, Shubham actively engages with our clients to achieve shared objectives.

Bhanu Baria collaborates with leadership to uphold high working standards, optimise employee experiences, and streamline onboarding and payroll processes. With a keen eye for detail, Bhanu plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and organised human resources environment, enhancing overall organisational effectiveness.

With a sharp focus on accuracy, risk management, and performance, Harjit oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting, while ensuring all regulatory and statutory requirements are met. This role is essential in supporting decision-making at the executive level and driving financial efficiency across departments.

As the Director of Tanshu Vaidik India Pvt. Ltd., I lead a dynamic team dedicated to manufacturing and exporting high-quality home textiles and pet utilities. With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability, our company has established itself as a trusted name in the industry.

Shivika Kaushik represents the family council, contributing to the continued alignment of family values, perspectives, and long-term priorities. With a thoughtful and collaborative approach, she supports meaningful dialogue and strengthens the connection between the family’s vision and the organisation’s future direction.

Prashant plays a pivotal role in leading complex engineering projects, driving innovation, and delivering technical excellence across all phases of development and execution. With deep industry knowledge, along with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and hands-on experience, he serves as both a technical expert and a mentor within the team.

Allen brings over 18 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and building strong international partnerships. As the head of our China Division, he leads regional operations while strengthening connections between China and global markets. His strategic leadership, industry expertise, and customer-focused approach play a key role in expanding Tanshu Robotics' international presence and delivering innovative automation solutions worldwide.

Kiki Zhao is our General Manager, Product Solutions, and brings a wealth of product knowledge and industry experience gained through many years working in the sector. Her deep understanding of product capabilities, market requirements, and customer expectations enables her to provide practical and effective solutions tailored to each client's needs. Kiki works closely with customers throughout the product development process, helping them identify opportunities, solve technical challenges, and achieve their objectives. With a strong customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering results, she plays a vital role in ensuring our customers receive innovative solutions and exceptional support.

Venkatesh R is a Senior Management professional with over 3+ decades of experience in Finance, Strategy and Management disciplines. He has robust experience in heading large industrial houses involved in manufacturing of capital goods, project management, and trading business. Known for his strong leadership skills, Mr. Venkatesh has held leadership responsibilities in major industrial conglomerates across Asia and the MENA region. With his strong leadership and team management skills, he spearheaded large-scale renewable energy business and established the company as an industry leader in India and Sri Lanka within a short span of 10 years.

Ms. Shantha Martin brings over 15 years of global logistics experience. She served as the Regional CEO at ECU Worldwide/Allcargo Logistics, leading operations across the ISC, Middle East, Africa, and East Mediterranean regions. With an MBA from TAPMI, Manipal, her leadership and industry expertise have been instrumental in driving growth. She later took on the role of CEO at Pentagon International Freight Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where she led the company’s global expansion and strategic development.

Ranjan Gupta is an Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer with over 34 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, having worked with the renowned JBM Group. He has led Maintenance, Production, Projects, and Operations functions and successfully headed the auto components business, delivering complex, large-scale projects and driving sustainable business growth. With strong expertise in operations leadership, project execution, and strategic direction, he is known for building high-performing teams, improving processes, and ensuring operational excellence across multi-location operations. 

He follows a people-centric leadership approach, guided by a strong growth mindset, human values, integrity, and dignity at work, and consistently fosters a culture of excellence, accountability, and respect while achieving business results. Additionally, Ranjan has demonstrated exceptional human resource management skills, with a proven track record of talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement. He has a strong ability to build and nurture high-performing teams, drive organizational change, and promote a culture of continuous learning and development. With his strong leadership skills and HR expertise, Ranjan is a well-rounded professional with a deep understanding of the automotive manufacturing industry.

With hands-on experience in graphic design, I create designs for branding, presentations, social media, and other digital content. I take care of logos, layouts, posters, brochures, and all the visual materials needed for the company. I enjoy learning new techniques, finding creative ideas, and helping maintain a consistent and professional look for Tanshu.

Kanchan works closely with leadership to manage priorities, coordinate business activities, and facilitate seamless day-to-day operations. She supports leadership by coordinating schedules, communications, and key business activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
